The latest of Joe Biden’s radical appointments had a rough time this week before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Dale Ho is a voting rights lawyer for the ACLU who Biden appointed a seat as a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan.
The hearing mainly consisted of Ho attempting to apologize for his relentless and angry attacks on conservatives and any lawmakers he has a political disagreement with. Ho has called himself a “wild-eyed sort of leftist” on Twitter and tried to tell the committee that he was repeating names others have called him.
Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) told Ho that while he thinks he is a wise man, he thinks he is “an angry man.”
In considering their votes on the appointment, Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Jon Tester (D-MT), and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) should recognize that Ho is not only “angry,” he appears to detest ordinary Americans in states like theirs.
A product of the Ivy League, Ho admitted during the hearing that he went too far on Twitter by “contributing to the coarseness.”
Ho has worked very hard to override citizens’ wishes throughout mainstream America regarding election integrity. He was the leading agent at the ACLU, working against laws in Kansas designed to verify the citizenship of voters.
Ho has opposed ordinary safeguards like Voter ID and maintaining accurate voter rolls everywhere in the nation. He fought against the U.S. Census, counting the number of foreigners living in the country. Courts have found that his fee applications on behalf of the ACLU tend to be exaggerated.
Like all judges, appointees to the federal bench should have stable personalities and sound temperaments. Ho’s decision to conceal his posting history on Twitter cast those attributes in doubt. Persons who know him are confident his social media history would show voluminous angry attacks on election security advocates, Republicans, and all conservatives.
This week, Christian Adams wrote at PJ Media of his personal experiences with Ho. The nominee has allegedly provided false information in hearings while knowing it was untrue.
It remains to be seen if Biden’s latest radical leftist appointee will sail through with votes from red-state Senate Democrats.
