Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) is accusing NBC of withholding critical evidence tied to President John F. Kennedy’s assassination. Speaking on Fox News, Luna said the network is in possession of footage that may prove Lee Harvey Oswald could not have carried out the killing.
Luna said the Oversight Committee is preparing a formal request for the video, which she described as a key piece of suppressed evidence. According to Luna, director Oliver Stone informed lawmakers that he had seen a duplicate of the tape and believed it could dramatically shift the public’s understanding of the event.

She argues that this footage would prove Oswald was not the shooter.

Stone told the committee the video shows Oswald close to the president’s vehicle at the moment of the shooting — a claim that would directly contradict the official narrative. Luna said the network has kept the tape hidden and called on NBC to release it for public scrutiny.
This revelation follows the Trump administration’s historic release of thousands of previously sealed documents on the Kennedy assassination. Trump directed Attorney General Pam Bondi and DNI Tulsi Gabbard to oversee the process and ensure the files were made available.

Among the recently declassified records are CIA documents that show the agency was monitoring Oswald before the shooting took place. Luna pointed to one file highlighted by journalist Jefferson Morley, which suggests internal disagreement about whether Oswald acted on his own.
The Oversight Committee is set to hold its first public hearing on April 1. Stone and Morley are scheduled to testify and offer insight into the new evidence found in the documents.
Luna voiced concerns about secrecy and said that intelligence agencies and media institutions should not be allowed to keep information from the public for decades.
