He also criticized national security and intelligence agencies for targeting conservatives and Christians. Trump pledged to overhaul these institutions to prevent future misuse of power.
A Truth and Reconciliation Commission is another part of Trump’s strategy. He said this group would release classified documents exposing government surveillance and censorship, which he described as vital to restoring public trust.
Reforming FISA courts is also central to Trump’s plan. He accused judges of ignoring fraudulent information in warrant applications and promised stricter oversight to prevent similar abuses.
Trump emphasized the need to relocate federal agencies outside Washington, saying this move would reduce bureaucracy and bring government closer to ordinary Americans. He cited his previous relocation of the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado as an example.
