Conservative Group Blasts Biden’s Border Policies With ‘Say Her Name’ Campaign

Building America’s Future (BAF), a conservative non-profit organization, has launched a six-figure media campaign to criticize President Joe Biden’s reckless border policies. The campaign, titled “Again,” aims to highlight the dangers of Biden’s open borders and will be featured prominently during the upcoming presidential debate between Biden and former President Donald Trump.

The campaign includes a 60-second ad focusing on the tragic story of Rachel Morin, a mother of five from Maryland. Morin was allegedly raped and murdered by Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, who was recently arrested and charged. The ad, which will run from June 26 to June 28, has been shared on social media with the hashtag “Say Her Name.”

The ad underscores the ongoing threat posed by Biden’s border policies, detailing how these policies have led to repeated tragedies. A previous BAF ad, “Run,” highlighted the murder of Laken Riley, another victim killed by an illegal immigrant while jogging. That ad gained significant attention, especially after CNN refused to air it during Biden’s State of the Union address.

One of the powerful messages in the new ad reads, “It just keeps happening … Laken Riley wasn’t the first. And in Joe Biden’s America, sadly, she won’t be the last.” The ad features various news clips about Morin’s murder, emphasizing that Martinez-Hernandez was a wanted criminal who entered the U.S. due to Biden’s lax border policies.

The ad concludes with a poignant message: “Rachel Morin. Laken Riley. And countless others. They should be alive. Joe Biden’s open border — a nightmare for American women.” The campaign will run in seven key battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. It will also feature billboard ads and 2D projections in metro areas such as Atlanta, Greensboro, and Philadelphia.

Former President Trump recently called Patty Morin, Rachel Morin’s mother, to offer his condolences. This gesture contrasted sharply with the perceived indifference from the Biden administration. Patty Morin expressed her gratitude for Trump’s concern, noting that no one from the Biden administration had reached out to her family after Martinez-Hernandez’s arrest.

“I am deeply touched by President Trump’s kindness and concern,” Patty Morin told The New York Post. “He was genuine and truly wanted to know how our family was coping. He asked about Rachel and showed honest compassion for her untimely death. His words brought comfort to me during this very difficult time.”

The “Say Her Name” campaign by Building America’s Future underscores the group’s criticism of Biden’s border policies and aims to bring national attention to the ongoing risks they believe these policies pose to American citizens.
