Jesse Watters Exposes Durbin’s Lies Regarding Epstein’s Flight Logs

Fox News host Jesse Watters recently exposed Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) on multiple lies the Illinois congressman has told regarding deceased pedophile Jefferey Epstein’s flight logs.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) recently submitted a subpoena request to obtain copies of Epstein’s flight logs, but her plea was denied by Durbin, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Given that Durbin refused to provide copies of the infamous financier’s flight logs on two separate occasions, Nov. 9, 2023, and Nov. 30, 2023, Watters wondered what the Illinois lawmakers’ intentions were in the matter.

Durbin’s office told the Fox News host they had scarce time to consider Blackburn’s request.

Blackburn recently torched Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray for the bureau’s inadequate response to cases from Epstein’s victims and about the flight logs. Durbin had been present during the exchange.

Blackburn described Wray’s response as a non-answer.

“During Ghislaine Maxwell trial, prosecutors released a heavily redacted version of Epstein’s flight log,” the Tennessee congresswoman wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. “When I asked Christopher Wray if he would commit to making the unredacted logs public, he gave me a non-answer. The American people deserve to see every name on that list.”

In light of Durbin’s refusal to release Epstein’s flight logs, Watters sent Fox News reporter Hillary Vaughn to ask the Illinois lawmaker about the issue.

In response, Durbin said that no one had ever raised the issue with him before.

“It’s never been raised to me by anyone,” he told Vaughn. “It’s the first time anyone has raised it. Thank you, Fox.”

Watters pointed out that his team had contacted Durbin’s office about Epstein’s flight logs in the past, but it said it didn’t have enough time to consider it.

Watters added that on Dec. 5, 2023, during Blackburn’s back-and-forth conversation with Wray about the logs, Durbin complained about Vaughn asking him questions surrounding the matter, claiming that he hadn’t heard of it before.

Blackburn set the record straight with Durin, telling the Illinois senator that she had brought up Epstein’s flight logs in her amendments and the Senate Judiciary Committee.
