Levin: Biden Violated Constitution ‘In At Least Three Ways’

Mainstream media personalities and Democratic Party leaders have embraced the talking point that House Republicans have not uncovered sufficient evidence to support an impeachment effort against President Joe Biden.

For conservative radio host Mark Levin, however, the proof is overwhelming.

Lawmakers voted along party lines earlier this month to formally launch an inquiry, and Levin laid out the reasons he believes Biden deserves to be impeached.

“He’s violated the United States Constitution at least three ways,” Levin said, starting with an immigration policy that he said runs afoul of Article One.

By ignoring “federal statutes passed duly by Congress,” he argued that the president’s executive orders have “purposefully” and “intentionally” resulted in a violation of his oath of office.

Furthermore, Levin claimed that Biden has unconstitutionally instructed his own administration — particularly the Department of Homeland Security — to refrain from enforcing federal law.

“The mayhem that has been created in this country is unimaginable,” the host added.

Other executive orders, including the controversial move to forgive college student debt, constituted a violation of Article Two’s separation of powers.

“Joe has actively gone around the Constitution, the Congress, has defied the purpose and directive of the U.S. Supreme Court and has now given away 400 to 500 billion of taxpayer dollars in violation of the Constitution,” he declared.

Finally, Levin maintained that Biden deserves to be impeached for funneling U.S. taxpayer money to hostile regimes around the world.

“What if we have a commander in chief that takes steps that actually empower our sworn enemy, that takes steps to issue waivers that allow tens of billions of dollars to flow into the coffers of, say, the Iranian regime, a terrorist regime which has murdered American citizens?” he continued. “We have a president of the United States who not only gives aid and comfort to the enemy, he literally gives billions of dollars to them.”

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) has been instrumental in the investigation thus far and recently spoke out against naysayers in the media — including Fox News Channel personality Steve Doocy, who recently questioned the evidence uncovered by House Republicans.

“He’s had that position from the very beginning,” Comer said. “I’ve quit going on ‘Fox & Friends’ because of Doocy, you know? I mean, he’s the one guy on Fox that has been very critical of the investigation.”
