Newly leaked documents from the New York Post have found that Hunter Biden listed rent payments of $49,910 a month while residing at the Joe Biden residence.
A paper titled “background screening request” appears to show that Hunter sent $49,910 a month for a year while residing at Joe Biden’s home in Delaware, the same place the White House occupant reportedly stowed away classified documents by his garaged Corvette.

The alleged massive rental payments occurred from March 2017 to February 2018, according to the document, which was signed in July 2018.
Breitbart reported that a 2017 tax return belonging to Joe Biden indicated that he took in only $19,800 in “rents received.” He listed nothing for rents received in 2018.
Oversight Committee chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has said that many of Hunter’s wire transfers, some of which have been flagged by U.S. banks, implicate a potentially corrupt business called Owasco PC. The Kentucky representative is probing the Biden family businesses for wire fraud concerns and has asked Hunter’s personal wealth manager to turn in “suspicious” monetary records linked to the Biden family business schemes.
In a text message sent in 2019, Hunter Biden told his daughter that the family has an agreement where Joe Biden collects half of his salary.
“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,” Hunter wrote in text messages to his daughter. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won’t make you give me half your salary.”
The son of Joe Biden has seen controversy before. He caught a massive amount of heat after it was revealed he was paid over $80,000 a month after being hired in 2014 by Burisma Holdings, one of the largest natural gas companies found in Ukraine. His father was Barack Obama’s vice president at the time.
Hunter had been serving as a non-executive “ceremonial figure,” according to reports.
He also has a long history of struggling with drug addiction, and infamously admitted during an on-air TV interview that he has smoked parmesan cheese.
“I spent more time on my hands and knees picking through rugs, smoking anything that even remotely resembled crack cocaine,” Biden said at the time. “I probably smoked more parmesan cheese than anyone.”
